to our tips on Grocery Shopping
we have had another submitted to us, this time by my sister...
Before
you go off and do your shopping it's worth planning on what
your going to eat that week. Basically, if you make a plan
on what you are going to eat every day during the week you
will know what you have to buy, if you don't then you may
just start buying "what you fancy" as you do your
shopping which could mean you end up with lots of stuff
that you don't actually need or don't eat and will end up
just being sat in a cupboard.
If
you have time, you can even write out a full shopping list,
this way you can stick to just what you need without buying
any "extras" that you may not really need.
